- Vouchers expire 1 year from date of purchase and can be redeemed either online or in-store at Trouble & Fox Boutique or Sidecar Menswear.

How to purchase a physical gift voucher:
- Select the Value and Add To Cart
View Cart before completing checkout
- In the 'Special Instructions' field on the Cart page please note: Who the voucher is TO, who its FROM, whether the voucher will be used ONLINE or IN-STORE (can be switched over at a later date if required) and any gift messages or special instructions. Gift Voucher will be packaged in a kraft envelope and sealed with either a Trouble & Fox or Sidecar Menswear logo sticker (note your sticker preference - voucher can still be used at either store)
- Proceed to Checkout. In the Shipping Options select delivery via Courier or Pick Up Instore and enter the delivery address. Please note Rural Delivery options if the delivery address is in a rural area (NZ only).
- An order confirmation email will be be sent to the email address given at checkout.
- Your Gift Voucher will be packaged and delivered via the selected shipping option. If courier is selected a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will follow. If pick up is selected a confirmation email will be sent once voucher has been collected.

We ship using Post Haste Couriers (domestic) and New Zealand Post - International Economy Courier (international). All prices are in New Zealand Dollars.

Express shipping may be available on request for an extra charge.

Once payment has been received in full, we will aim to dispatch your item within 24 hours and email you a tracking number.
Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM NZ/Auckland time will begin processing on the following Monday. Please note that estimated delivery timeframes are a guide only, commence from date of dispatch and do not include Sundays or Public Holidays.

If you are looking to return something, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your full-priced item* and we'll make sure we get it sorted with an exchange, a store credit or if you prefer, a refund.
We will only accept items that are returned in brand new, unworn condition with original tags still attached.
*Please note: This does not apply to sale items or any backorder/ custom request items that have been ordered in especially for you. Any faulty items will be referred to our supplier. Some items such as swimwear & underwear cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene regulations.
ALL DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL
This means no exchanges, credits or refunds unless it has been assessed as faulty.
If you have any questions about an item, it's best to get in touch before you purchase. We will do our best to give you more information and assist you make the right decision.
For our New Zealand customers only, we do offer a lay-by option to help split up the payment of online orders. Our standard lay-by terms and conditions apply:
- Time limit: Online lay-bys run for 4 weeks only
- Deposit: A non-refundable minimum 20% deposit (20% of the total retail price of the item) must be paid to secure/begin the lay-by.
- Cancellations: If the lay-by is cancelled, we will keep the 20% deposit as a cancellation fee.
- Returns/Exchanges: Lay-by items cannot be exchanged or refunded after the lay-by has been finalised and collected (unless accepted as faulty).
- Multiple Items: No more than 3 items can be on lay-by at one time unless by special arrangement.
- Payment Method: Lay-bys are payable by bank deposit or credit card over phone and are limited to New Zealand customers only.
