Classic high waisted pant with a straight leg silhouette, in a petite length. An effortless and versatile piece perfect for work and beyond.

• Waistband with invisible zip closure at centre back

• Front angled pockets

• Crepe fabric with a soft drape

• 3cm hem turn up (hem can be let down for lengthening if needed)

Fit: Fits true to size. Sizes 16–24 have elastic in the back waistband to allow for a better fit.
Please note the sizing of the Firebird Pant has undergone an update and now measures true to RUBY’s Size Guide, fitting smaller than previous versions. RUBY recommends checking your measurements against their Size Guide before purchasing the same size as a previous pair of Firebird Pants.

Sizes 4–8: 71.5cm
Sizes 10–12: 73.5cm
Sizes 14–18: 75.5cm
Sizes 20–24: 75.7cm

Fabric: 78% NAIA™ Acetate, 22% Polyester.

Care: For small stains, spot clean with delicate detergent. Cold hand wash or delicate machine wash with similar colours. Do not soak, bleach, or leave damp. Hang to dry in shade. Cool iron on reverse if required. Air between wears where possible to reduce washing. This garment can also be dry-cleaned.

• If you are looking to return something, please contact us first at hello@troubleandfox.co.nz within 7 days of delivery and we will reply with returns instructions.
  
  
• FULL PRICED ITEMS: Full-priced items can be returned for an exchange, credit note or refund. Returns must be sent back to us within 7 days from the day that the order was received. Please note items purchased using the Welcome sign up discount code are considered discounted items and can be returned for an exchange/ credit.
  
  
• AFTERPAY/ BNPL: Items purchased via Afterpay or similar external 'Buy Now Pay Later' services can be returned for an exchange, online credit or refund. Due to the non-refundable merchant fees we incur with these third-party providers, a 5% service fee will be deducted if a refund is chosen.

• SALE/ WELCOME CODE/ LOYALTY CODES: General sale items, or items purchased where a loyalty code or welcome code has been applied, may be returned for an exchange or credit note, but cannot be returned for a refund. This includes the Welcome sign-up discount code.
  Please note all shipping costs incurred in exchanging sale items are the responsibility of the customer (many other independent stores do not allow exchanges on sale items, so please be kind!)
  
  
• FLASH SALES/ HOLIDAY PROMOTIONS: Unless otherwise stated in the terms of a promotion, usually all Flash Sale items are considered FINAL. No refunds, exchanges, credits.
  
  
• SALE ON SALE/ OUTLET ITEMS: Items marked 'Outlet' or any sale items where extra discounts have been applied (sale on sale, discounts on top of already reduced items) are considered FINAL. No refunds, exchanges, credits.
  
  
• SHIPPING COSTS: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if free or subsidised shipping was received initially we will retain our actual shipping costs if a refund is chosen (NZ $10-$20).
