We are pleased to offer our customers two different options - both LAYBUY and a Standard Online Layby to help split up the payment of online orders.
LAYBUY is a secure external platform that lets you receive your purchase now, and spread the total cost over 6 weekly automatic payments. Interest free! Items purchased using online Laybuy cannot be returned for a refund but can be returned for an exchange or an online credit.
Simply look out for the blue logo, and select 'LAYBUY' in the Payment options at the checkout - Laybuy will then take you through the steps to handle the rest.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Just place your order online as normal, then select "Laybuy" in the payment options at the checkout (look out for the blue logo). Laybuy will then take you through the steps to handle the rest. Once the order process is complete we can ship out your order right away! Essentially, Laybuy makes full payment to us, on your behalf, on the day you place your order. You then continue to make equal, interest-free weekly payments to Laybuy directly until your order is paid off. Only one sixth of the order total is due when you place your order and the rest is split over 5 equal weekly automatic payments that Laybuy will direct debit from your account.

LAYBUY RETURNS/ EXCHANGES
Items purchased using the Laybuy platform can not be returned for a refund, but can be returned within 7 days for an exchange or an online credit (provided the item was not on sale and it meets our standard return policy guidelines).

CAN I USE LAYBUY IN STORE?
We now offer Laybuy as a service in store. Ask one of our staff for info!
The quickest way currently is to place your order online first with Laybuy, and make sure to select 'Click & Collect' as your shipping method to collect your order in store.
STANDARD ONLINE LAYBY
For customers who prefer not to register with the Laybuy platform, we still offer our traditional layby service to help you split up the payment of your order over a maximum of 4 weeks. We hold your items aside and will only ship to you once the order has been paid off in full.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. Place your order online and select 'Standard Online Layby' at the checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and a link to our payment info.2. To secure your item, a minimum non-refundable 20% deposit must be paid within 48 hours via bank deposit or credit card over the phone - please make sure to use your order number as a reference.
3. Contact us to advise that your deposit has been paid.
4. We will email you a receipt with your deposit applied and updated balance remaining
5. You continue to make regular payments over a maximum of 4 weeks until the order is paid in full. Notify us when you make each payment so we can look out for it in our account.
6. Once payment has been received in full we will ship your order and email you a shipping confirmation.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Items will only be held for 48 hours pending payment of deposit. If no deposit is received the order will be cancelled and items released back into stock.
Max. of 4 weeks to complete full payment. No refunds or exchanges on standard layby items once layby has been completed. Cancellations after 7 days of standard layby beginning will incur a loss of 20% deposit.
