How do I join Trouble Club?
Whenever you make a purchase online you will automatically earn Trouble Club points. Or if you make a purchase in store and we take your name and email address and link it to your account, then you will automatically earn Trouble Club points.
To access your Trouble Club loyalty account portal, view points and claim rewards, you just need to create an online customer account by creating a login and password. You’ll even get some bonus points for completing your profile!
You can create an account when you make a purchase online by completing the account creation steps during checkout.
Or you can join via our loyalty program widget 'Check Rewards' tab located at the bottom of your screen.
Please note: This is different than subscribing to our newsletter. Subscribing to our newsletter adds your details to our email database but does not automatically create an account for you. You will earn points in the background if you have made a purchase, but you will still need to create a store account if you would like to personally view & track points/ rewards yourself.
How do I log in?
When on our website, simply go to the little person icon at the top right of the screen and it will take you to our login page. If you are on a mobile device this icon will be on the left. There is also an Account Login link in our footer menu.
How do I earn Trouble Club points?
Earn 1 point for every NZD $1 you spend either online or in store*
Each time you spend, you will receive an email with your updated points balance. There are also plenty of other fun ways to earn points which you can view under the Earn tab in the Trouble Club portal, such as following us on Instagram, completing your profile or referring friends!
These points add up and can be used to redeem exciting rewards.
Cash em' in early for a quick fix, or save them up to unlock even more goodies!
Once you've spent over $5000 with us you will reach Trouble Family VIP level and receive boosted rewards!

How do I check my Trouble Club points balance?
You can check your balance and rewards anytime via the 'Trouble Club' tab or logging into your account on our website.
Your points will be displayed at the top of the Trouble Club portal. The Earn tab shows the different ways you can earn points. The Rewards tab details the available rewards.
Additionally, each time you shop, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. From here, you can click through to your loyalty profile, where you can redeem rewards.
How do I redeem my Trouble Club points for a reward?
In the portal, rewards are shown under the Rewards tab and will appear as either locked, available to redeem or claimed depending on your points balance and whether you have already redeemed the reward. Once you redeem your reward you will be given a coupon code and instructions on how to use it.
Important! Once you have claimed a reward you have 60 days to use it in store or online, so don't let it expire!
Once I've redeemed a reward coupon, how do I use my reward?
When you have enough points to unlock a reward, you'll be able to redeem it for a unique reward coupon code. You can apply your reward coupon code online at the checkout or bring it in store.
Online: Just copy and paste your unique code into the Discount bar and click 'Apply'.
In store: To use your reward in store, just let one of our staff know at the counter.
Please note, you can only use one reward code per order. Rewards must be used within 60 days of claiming and cannot be combined with other discounts or offers. Reward codes can only be used once and must be used in one transaction.
If you use your coupon code for a purchase less than the full value of the coupon, the balance of the coupon is not able to be used on another purchase.
Do my points expire?
No and yes. Your points don't expire provided you keep your account active within a 12 month period. For example, if you shop with us in Jan 2021 but don't earn or redeem with us again until March 2022, your points will expire as your account was inactive for a 12 month period. However if you shop with us a few times in a year then you get to keep all your points and your older points won't expire!
How do I cancel my account?
Just get in touch and we'll remove you. We'll be sad to see you go!
If you want to stay in Trouble Club but not receive emails, we can arrange that too.
Please note if you choose to be removed completely, any lost points cannot be applied if you sign up again at a later date.
I'm already a member of your old in store loyalty program. What does this mean for me?
Some things will be a little different, but with more ways to earn points and unlock rewards it’s a change for the better!
For our existing in store loyalty customers, we’re offering a transition period until Jan 30th 2021. If you're due or nearly due a loyalty voucher you can either use it up, or convert your old points to new Trouble Club points.
There’s a couple of options, so please see below for more info on making the switch. We unfortunately can’t transfer loyalty credit on the spot in store, so it’s best to get in touch before your next visit.

Trouble & Fox reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Trouble Club rewards program at any time.
If you use your rewards coupon code online for a purchase less than the full value of the coupon, the balance of the coupon is not able to be used on another purchase.
If you return any of the items purchased with a rewards coupon code, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
The terms of Trouble Club may be modified at any time at the discretion of Trouble & Fox. Changes will be notified to all account holders by way of the email address associated with the account. We will not provide any consideration for benefits gained or lost by these changes.
If our terms are abused, we reserve the right to deactivate your account. We will not be responsible for honouring loyalty rewards or points earned at the time of termination.
Please note that our loyalty program automatically generates emails and on occasion the points balance sent may out of date or incorrectly calculated according to our current terms.
We are not obliged to honour a point balance incorrectly indicated in automatically generated emails and reserve the right to deduct or add points.
