Next generation sandals. The Ricki 3-strap is set on the two-part Quad Neoteric platform – a radical rework of the renowned Quad sole

With a two-part lightweight construction, deep cleats and an exaggerated side profile.
Made from easy wearing Nappa Lux leather,
The sandals are marked by our signature black and yellow heel loop and yellow welt stitching.
Each pair is fitted with a moulded antimicrobial cork footbed to keep feet fresh all summer long
This evolved platform packs the height of our renowned Quad sole into a lightweight construction.
At 1.9"/4.82cm, the Quad Neoteric sole has a lightweight EVA midsole and a PVC outsole with deep, rugged cleats.
Featuring an amped-up version of our trademark DM tread pattern
Nappa Lux is a classic Nappa leather — soft and smooth to the touch
Our SoftWair memory foam footbed ensures comfort from the first step

Docs sandals run a little large (moreso the width across the straps, designed to allow for socks thru the cooler months), if you are between sizes we recommend buying a size down.

Please read our policies carefully before you purchase. As a small business, we really value your support, however there are some costs that we cannot absorb and may be deducted in the event of a refund.

If you are looking to return something, please contact us first at hello@troubleandfox.co.nz and we will reply with returns instructions.
Full-priced items can be returned for an exchange, credit note or refund. Returns must be sent back to us within 7 days from the day that the order was received.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if free shipping was received initially we will retain our original shipping costs in the event of a refund ($5-10 NZ, $25-$50 International).
Items purchased via the Laybuy/ Afterpay apps can be returned for an exchange, online credit or refund. Due to the non-refundable fees associated with these providers, we will deduct a 5% service fee if a refund is chosen.
Discounted, sale items or items purchased using a promo code* can be returned for an exchange or credit note, but cannot be returned for a refund. This includes the Welcome 5% sign-up code.
'Outlet' items and any sale items where extra discounts have been applied (sale on sale) are final clearance and cannot be returned at all unless accepted as faulty.
