- Voucher code will be sent via email - enter the recipient's email address when completing checkout to send directly to them, or enter your own email address if you'd prefer to print at home
- Email will contain a gift code with instructions on how to use, just enter the code in the Gift Card field when completing checkout
- Vouchers don't need to be spent all in one transaction, any balance left over will be saved for next time
- Voucher code can be redeemed online only and will expire 1 year from date of purchase
- Online vouchers may be also be used in store by arrangement. Contact us above for details.

🎁 Extended Gift Exchange 🎁
We've extended our exchange period until Monday January 6th so you can either return it to swap for another item or receive a store credit. Valid on full-priced items only, on purchases made after December 1st. See full returns details below.
Returns Info
Please read our policies carefully before you purchase. As a small business, we really value your support - however there are some costs that we cannot absorb and may be deducted in the event of a refund.
- If you are looking to return something, please contact us first at hello@troubleandfox.co.nz within 7 days of delivery and we will reply with returns instructions.
- FULL PRICED ITEMS: Full-priced items can be returned for an exchange, credit note or refund. Returns must be sent back to us within 7 days from the day that the order was received.
- AFTERPAY/ BNPL: Items purchased via Afterpay or similar external 'Buy Now Pay Later' services can be returned for an exchange, online credit or refund. Due to the non-refundable merchant fees associated with these third-party providers, we will deduct a 5% service fee if a refund is chosen.
- SALE ITEMS: Unless otherwise stated - sale items can be returned for an exchange or credit note, but cannot be returned for a refund. This includes the Welcome sign-up discount code.
Please note all shipping costs incurred in exchanging sale items are the responsibility of the customer (many other stores like us do not allow exchanges on sale items, so please be kind!)

OUTLET ITEMS: Items marked 'Outlet' or any sale items where extra discounts have been applied (sale on sale, discounts on top of already reduced items) are considered final and cannot be returned at all unless accepted as faulty.
- SHIPPING COSTS: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if free or subsidised shipping was received initially we will retain our actual shipping costs if a refund is chosen (NZ $10-$20).
